Hobbyists at all skill levels are invited to join other hobbyists in learning more about marine fish, corals and hardware. At our club bi-monthly meetings, which are open to the public, an informative related lecture or presentation is provided by a knowledgeable speaker, followed by a raffle for aquarium livestock and supplies. Several of the foremost authorities who have written articles and have spoken to other hobbyists have been guest lecturers at our meetings. You will also receive our newsletter which will contain articles of interest and product reviews. This is a chance to bring your ideas and ask your questions.
Become involved with SEABay so that you can learn new techniques, exchange ideas and solve problems for the successful care of saltwater fish and invertebrates.
Membership dues are $20.00 per year for individuals and family memberships are $25.00 per year.
Examples of past SEABay meeting activities include:
- Speakers such as Julian Sprung, Bob Fenner, Rob Toonen, Scott Michael, Dr. J.E.N. Veron and many other noted authors and experts in the field of marine aquaria and related disciplines.
- General discussion groups dedicated to helping attendees with aquaria problems.
- Periodic "Do-It-Yourself" workshops.
- Every meeting has a raffle in which attendees can win marine livestock and aquaria merchandise.
